如何选择胶原蛋白补充剂:类型、剂量与真实有效的关键
并非所有胶原蛋白都一样。选购前,先看懂标签上的类型、剂量、来源与形态。
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body — the structural scaffolding for skin, joints, tendons and bones. As we age, natural collagen production declines by roughly 1% per year, which is why collagen supplements have become one of the best-selling supplement categories worldwide.
But the market is crowded, and labels are confusing. Here is a practical framework for choosing a collagen supplement that is actually worth your money.
First, look at the type. There are at least 28 types of collagen in the human body, but supplements almost always contain types I, II and III. Type I is the main structural collagen of skin, hair and nails; Type II is the primary collagen in cartilage; Type III supports skin elasticity alongside Type I. A "multi-collagen" formula covering several types is the most versatile choice for general beauty and joint support.
Second, check the dose. Clinical studies on skin elasticity typically use 2,500–10,000mg of collagen peptides per day. If a product is dosing at 500mg per serving, it is unlikely to deliver the results the marketing promises.
Third, understand the form. Collagen peptides (hydrolyzed collagen) are broken into small, highly absorbable units. Powder mixes into anything; gummies are convenient but usually contain less collagen per serving; capsules are portable. Choose the form that fits your routine — but match the dose to the science.
Finally, consider what is added. Vitamin C is a required cofactor for collagen synthesis, and black pepper extract can improve nutrient utilization. These additions make a formula genuinely better, not just more expensive.
And as with any supplement, buy from a manufacturer who tests every batch. Collagen sourcing varies wildly in quality — from grass-fed bovine to marine. Third-party tested, traceable sourcing is the baseline, not a luxury.
